Howick CSV files do not export properly

You've successfully exported CSV files. However, you're having issues with the file itself:

  • The file contains inaccurate punch names and locations

  • You cannot find the CSV file in the exported folder

Read below to troubleshoot the issues.

Solution 1

Make sure to use C+C_CH Stud families in Framing Configurations.

  1. Go to settings > Load Families:

  1. Loaded MF C+C_CH families will appear in the project browser:

If you're already using C+C_CH families, make sure to use them correctly.

  1. Use C+C_CH Stud family types for vertical elements:

Solution 3

If you're not using inverted cuts (e.g. vertical stud receives a notch/lip cut and a track receives swage), then:

  1. Go to CNC Metal Exporter > Export Setup:

  2. Uncheck the box Analyze Cuts for Inverse Connections
