# Insulation Settings

Insulation settings is a setting bar where users can add different insulation thicknesses for Ducts and Pipes separately. The user should describe the Insulation Thickness used in his project if he wants to work with them.

By clicking Add New – the user will create new insulation types in Cut Opening software.&#x20;

By clicking Remove – the user will remove any insulation types he wishes.
