Network License: Could Not Connect to the Server

'Could not connect to server' error is visible:
Check if your license server is up and running: Try to load this page with any browser: http://:2468/web Start the server if it is not running
Make sure that the correct license server is set in the Dock license manager: For example.: 'http://:8731'
Ensure that an 'Slps.Disributor.Host.exe' file
Re-install Agacad license server: Navigate to programs and features > locate Agacad license server > Uninstall > Download and install the latest version
Make changes to 'Slps.Distributor.Host' in properties (right-click on Service > Properties):
