**Possible Families to use with Smart Connections**

You can use Line-based or Point-based Families with Smart Connections.

**Note:** You can find sample families in our Smart Connections Sample Projects.

Elements to be inserted may be solids or voids of any shape created in these Family Templates from the standard Revit Family Templates:

**Note:** For Generic Model families, 'Work Plane-Based' must be turned ON and 'Always vertical' turned OFF.
