ARKANCE Dock does not appear in the Revit ribbon after installation

Problem

You have installed the Dock, but it does not appear in the Revit ribbon

Solution

  1. Make sure that you have installed the ARKANCE Dock that matches your Revit version

  2. Make sure that there is an additional custom ribbon tab slot available Kindly note that Autodesk® Revit® has a set limit of 20 custom ribbon tabs to ensure that the standard Revit® ribbon tabs remain visible. Some add-in tabs will have to be disabled if the limit has been reached.
