# Excel2R Error When Updating or Creating New Schedules

## Problem

When trying to update/create new schedules with Excel2R, similar errors occur:

These errors occur when Excel registry folders are corrupted or missing

## **Solution**

Usually, it's enough to repair Microsoft Office:

### **Microsoft Office**

Right-click on Windows logo in the taskbar > Apps and Features > Locate Office from the list > Advanced options > Repair:

Restart your workstation and try to use Excel2R.

### **Microsoft Office 365**

Navigate to Apps and features > locate your 'Office 365' > select 'Modify' > 'Online Repair'

Restart your workstation and run use Excel2R.
