If you don't want to manually duplicate framing family types, you can automate the process by checking the box Define Depth by Layer Thickness:
The software will automatically create new family types that will appear in Project Browser > Families > Structural Framing
Note: you'll need to modify the flange (bf), profile thickness (tf) and lip (Lip) parameters. Learn more
