# Manage Sheets/Viewports (Smart Sheets)

**Manage Sheets/Viewports** functionality (also known as **Smart Sheets**) allows users to quickly and easily create, modify and update Revit Sheets and the information inside of them.

* Create new Sheets and populate them with views using a selected template Sheet.
* Save the position of views, graphical, crop information, and scale when creating new Sheets.
* Batch-add new views to existing Sheets.
* Duplicate Sheets and Views.
