This functionality is designed for use with walls consisting of a single layer. It includes features that allow the automatic placement of chosen rebar shapes at T-type connections.
The presence of a blue color will signify which wall is designated as the host for the added rebar shapes.
Several bar shape options are available for specifying reinforcement based on various situations.
Bar 2 will extend both internal and external rebars within the selected wall, halting at a specified distance from the further face of the connected wall.
Bar 3/Bar 4/Bar 5 will incorporate sets of rebars into a selected wall, following predefined parameters.
New item - adds an additional row to define shape and layout for selected rebar shape.
CI, CE, L1, L2, a - cover and length settings presented in the picture
Layout Rule- vertical layout rule for selected rebar shape
Start - rebars will be placed from the bottom of the wall by the defined Spacing starting with the Start offset value from the wall bottom. No bars will be created within the End offset limit.
End - rebars will be placed from the top of the wall by the defined Spacing starting with the End offset value from the wall top. No bars will be created within the Start offset limit.
Start End - similar to Start, but additional rebar will always be created at End offset position.
Center - layout will be centered based on wall height. Start offset will serve as a limit where bars will not be created, at the top and bottom of the wall.
Start/End offset – defined distance from wall start/end to first rebar.
Max Gap - Measures the distance between walls and, if it exceeds in the model, prevents rebar creation at those connections.
Delete if no space- available for Bar 5 only. If there is no space to place rebar of defined length (e.g. rebar is near the edge), rebar will be deleted.
