# Offline deployment and activation of tools

## Introduction

The Guide is intended for:

* IT Administrators
* System Administrators

Deployment can be done through the admin workstation. Users require access only to the internal License Server.

Internet connectivity is required only during the manual license activation process.

Deployment consists of 3 stages:

### Network requirements

Ensure the following communication is allowed:

| Administrator    | Licesnse Server | 2468 | Server Management    |

### Software Requirements

Prepare:

* ARKANCE Dock installer
* Be.Smart tools installers
* Network License server installer
* License Activation Code
